2. Cancellation by Client

More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: Clients may cancel an appointment with a Therapist with no penalty and receive a full refund.

If a Client is dissatisfied with a session, they are encouraged to communicate directly with the Therapist to try and resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Client may contact digimental.health to discuss the situation. While digimental.health cannot guarantee refunds in cases of dissatisfaction, we will review each case individually and make a determination based on the specific circumstances.
